The agency specializes in mediation in the sale and rental of all types of real estate. We are located in Makarska, in the city center at the address Ante Starčevića 32 (ground floor), next to the bus station.
The agency includes a person who has passed the professional exam for a real estate agent at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

Our service includes:
– sightseeing and presentation of real estate
– collection and verification of all necessary documentation for concluding a legal transaction
– registration of ownership in the land register
– submit the necessary documentation to the tax administration for the purpose of calculating the real estate transfer tax
– legal advice regarding the purchase and sale of real estate by our legal department
– care and maintenance of your real estate in case of your distance from the real estate.

The operations of the agency are harmonized with the new Real Estate Brokerage Act of the Republic of Croatia, and accordingly we have a license to operate.

In accordance with the Law on Real Estate Brokerage for the agency Natalija nekretnine from Makarska, the Ministry of Economy, issued a Class Decision: UP/l-330-01/22-01/139, REGISTRATION NUMBER: 517-08-01-01-01-22-3 which confirms that our agency meets the conditions for real estate brokerage and approves our entry in the Register of Real Estate Brokers in the Republic of Croatia at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
